Cancellation requests
A cancellation request should be submitted in writing within 48 hours of placing an order or accepting a proposal. A request is not automatically approved when discovery, design, development, setup, procurement or another agreed service has already started.
Same-day, urgent, instant-delivery, specially procured and time-sensitive services cannot normally be cancelled once work or purchasing has begun. Project-specific terms in an accepted proposal or order take precedence where they differ from this general policy.
Refund eligibility
Where a product or service is expressly covered by a money-back guarantee, a written refund request must be made within ten days of purchase and include the invoice or order reference. Eligibility is assessed against the agreed scope, work completed, costs already incurred and any exclusions stated before purchase.
Refunds are not provided for services delivered in full, approved milestones, completed consultations, consumed hosting or third-party services, domain registrations, licences, advertising spend, payment-gateway charges or other non-recoverable costs.
Work already completed
If a project is cancelled after work starts, fees for completed work, reserved time and committed third-party costs remain payable. Any client-owned material available at that stage may be handed over after outstanding amounts are settled, subject to the applicable project agreement.
Approved refunds
An approved refund is normally initiated within seven business days to the original payment method or an agreed bank account. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. The refunded amount may exclude non-refundable provider charges and taxes where legally applicable.
How to request cancellation or refund
Use the contact form and provide your name, invoice or order number, payment date, service purchased and reason for the request. Do not submit bank passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs or complete card details.
